  • Weekly movement + mindfulness practices delivered in a down to earth pragmatic way
  • Actionable steps to integrate practices into your daily life

Over 5 weeks modules will be delivered to your inbox and you will explore the relationship you have with self-care and learn how to weave practices of movement, connection + mindfulness into your daily life.

This online course is self paced, meaning you have access to the content to view at your own time, I get it, we are all living such varied lives.

Lori Curran, is a body-based practitioner (Dip Remedial Massage Therapy and Accredited Yoga and meditation Teacher- Prana, Yin, Children and teens). She marries her love of functional movement with her deep desire to rest and nurture the self. She creates practices that nourish both the physical and subtle body to feel less overwhelmed, more self aware and connected. 

We acknowledge this retreat is held on the land of the Bunurong people of the Kulin nation and acknowledge they are the traditional custodians. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.

I'm Lori, a remedial massage therapist, and a yoga and mindfulness meditation teacher. I love exploring the body through both movement and stillness and sharing this joy with you.
