Massage + Herbal Balm Workshop

Saturday 4th April, 11:30 am – 1:30 pm

Ever wanted to know how to find the right places to touch when massaging?

Want to know the ingredients to the products you place on your skin during a massage?

In this workshop, you will learn the need-to-know about the body and touch when it comes to massage and the products you can use.

We’ll spend our time together mapping the body, feeling into muscles, their holding patterns and learning how to release them through simple massage techniques. You’ll also learn how to make your own herbal balm for muscle relief, which you’ll get to take home.

Please join us on for this opportunity to learn and create as we share our passions with you.
