In Person Immersion

2023 dates to be announced soon

Experience this powerful container to recover from burnout, stress and fatigue.

  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

Imagine …

Instead of working tirelessly and never feeling its enough…

…You felt a sense of completion, satisfaction and acknowledged for your work.

Instead of ignoring what your body is trying to tell you…

…You had the space to listen to it and tend to it.

Instead of feeling tired, wired, overwhelmed and reactive…

…You felt supported, resourced, relaxed.

This is all possible. We can assist you to recalibrate and bring awareness to the drivers of your stress and fatigue . There will be support, insight, technique and wisdom in how to build a nervous system, body and mind that can not only better cope with life’s challenges and stressful events but to discover a rested, easeful, pleasurable way to be in your body-mind.

Over 3 days we will journey together in the comfortable surrounds of Soul Pod Health and Healing. There will be educational conversations by our facilitators and guest educators on sleep science, nervous system regulation and holistic stress reduction.
We will experiment with:

  • embodiment
  • movement
  • rest practices
  • education
  • self-reflective prompts for journaling
  • space for group conversation.

Each morning there will be a movement practice and each afternoon we will finish the day with a rest practice.

This is a co-facilitated event between myself and Dr. Rebecca Andrews.

Becca will be the guide through morning and afternoon check-in’s. She will also spend the first day exploring chinese medical philosophy and the differnet lens we can look through when it comes to cultivating health and vitality. She’ll also introduce and explore the science of the stress response and draw from the field of somatics in how our life experiences and culture shape our bodies and how we can change that. We’ll explore burnout and resilience.

I will lead both the morning awakening movement and the restorative practices.

I will also be your guide in exploring different kinds of rest and what a rest practice could look like, introducing you to the Vagus nerve and nervous system regulation practices.

We acknowledge this workshop is held on the land of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nationand acknowledge they are the traditional custodians. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
